Boone County Hospital Foundation
Mission
In 1991, the Boone County Hospital (BCH) Foundation was formed by a group of concerned local citizens to help the hospital carry out its mission of "improving the community's healthcare."
Purpose
The Foundation is an incorporated, nonprofit organization formed to provide appropriate avenues of funding for the hospital's patient services, capital expenses and equipment needs. It has its own Board of Directors made up of individuals who volunteer their time and talents to the Foundation.
Commitment
Boone County Hospital is committed to bettering the community's healthcare. As a nonprofit hospital, BCH reinvests all excess revenues to improve the quality of patient care through:
- Purchasing innovative equipment and technology.
- Developing new programs and services.
- Recruiting physicians and upgrading facilities.
