Anesthesia

Boone County Hospital Anesthesia Services are provided by Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

State of the art equipment is used for coverage on a 24 hour/seven days a week basis. Services provided include the following:

• labor epidurals
• outpatient epidural steroid injections for chronic low back pain
• general and regional anesthesia for surgical procedures
• post-operative pain control

Paramount to all services provided by the anesthesia department are safety, comfort and a positive patient experience.
