Diabetes Center

The Boone County Hospital Diabetes Center offers high quality, comprehensive diabetes education.

The diabetes team consists of a diabetes nurse and dietitian educators, a physician and other healthcare professionals.

Each team member will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will normalize your blood glucose levels to help you live a long and healthy life with diabetes.

Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Support Group meets the third Thursday of every month, 4 to 5 p.m., Boone County Hospital (BCH), 4th Floor Board Room/Conference Room.

A different healthcare professional will speak each month on varying health topics.

Please note, the Diabetes Support Group DOES NOT MEET June through August or in December.
