"Managing Diabetes: The Next Step with an A1C Champion" will be held November 13th, with a 5:30 p.m. supper followed by a 6 p.m. program, in the 4th floor conference room at Boone County Hospital (BCH). Come to this program and learn about managing diabetes from a real patient, with real A1C control, providing real inspiration.

"Small Steps to Managing Your Diabetes" will be held November 14th, 7 p.m. in the 4th floor conference room at BCH. The program is for individuals with pre-diabetes or those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Learn about healthy eating and physical activity, as well as other factors that play a role in diabetes prevention. To register call, 433-8624.
