Dr. Chance Elected as President

Dr. Tammy Chance, Boone County Hospital Emergency Department (ED) Medical Director, was elected president of the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association at there annual conference and scientific seminar in Des Moines in early May. Dr. Chance is a 1995 graduate of Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery and is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. In addition to being the Medical Director of the ED at BCH, she is also a staff ED for Physician Healthcare Services Emergency Physicians. She is an adjunct faculty member for Des Moines University and is currently serving as Interim Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs.
