Flu Clinics 2013

Flu Clinics for adults and children are now being offered at the Boone Wal-Mart and Home Care Services of Boone County Hospital by Boone County Public Health. Cost is $30 for the adult flu vaccine and $42 for the flu mist. If you have Medicare or Medicare HMO’s there is no charge. Please bring your insurance card! The suggested donation for children is $14, however, no child will be turned away. No appointments necessary. If you have questions, call 432-1127.

September 12 - 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
September 16 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
September 19 - 9 a.m. to 12 Noon
September 23 - 9 a.m. to 12 Noon
September 26 - 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
September 30 - 9 a.m. to 12 Noon
October 2 - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
October 8 - 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
October 10 - 9 a.m. to 12 Noon
