Speed and Agility Camp 2013

Rehab Services at Boone County Hospital will be offering a Speed and Agility Camp in July for boys and girls entering grades 7th through 12th in the fall. The dates of the camp are July 22nd through the 26th, 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., and will be located at the sports field at the Boone DMACC campus. The camp will focus on enhancing foot speed, balance, strength, quickness and coordination that will apply to any sport that your high school or middle school offers.

Cost for a one-week course is $80; a day-to-day course is $18 per day. Payment is due the first day of camp.

Three Rehab Services staff members will be running the camp and have a passion for helping youth to develop their athletic ability. To register, call Rehab Services at 432-7729.
