Volunteers Recognized 2013

Boone County Hospital (BCH) volunteers were recognized at their Annual Spring Auxiliary Recognition Dinner on April 15th. The meal was prepared by BCH Nutrition Services and served by Chef L.J. Ames; Rick Petersen, Professional Development, gave a brief presentation about a new volunteer opportunity that may become available in the near future. New Auxiliary Board member officers were introduced. Thank you to outgoing president Lynn Johnson as well as the other officers for their service. New Auxiliary Board officers are: Glenda Camelin, president, Jan Putnum, president-elect, Jody Mueller, vice-president, Teri Knight, treasurer, and Pat Baker, secretary (not pictured).

National Volunteer Week is the week of April 22nd. Volunteers dedicate their time and talents. Recognize a volunteer during the week or throughout the year by thanking them for a job well done!
