Boone County Hospital (BCH) Specialty Clinic will be offering a new outreach clinic beginning November 19th through UnityPoint Center for Liver Disease. After November, the clinic will be offered the second Tuesday of each month.

The Boone County Hospital (BCH) Auxiliary held their Annual Fall Meeting/Supper on October 21st in the BCH Atrium. Hospital volunteers were invited to enjoy a free meal, listen to guest speaker Dr. Steven Johnson, the new BCH OB/GYN, and to recognize volunteers being honored for their milestone hours.

Congratulations to BCH volunteer Jean Iben for being recognized as one of the 2013 “Shining Stars” at the Iowa Hospital Association Annual meeting in October. Jean has been a member of the BCH Auxiliary for 10 years.
