Based on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations, all patients and visitors who are coming into Boone County Hospital or one of its Clinics for an appointment are asked to wear a mask or a homemade face cloth.  Please bring a face mask with you to wear to your appointment.  This proactive measure is designed to keep you safe and reduce the risk of Coronavirus/COVID-19.

During the COVID epidemic, patient follow-up visits, as well as patients who are concerned they may have been exposed to the Coronavirus, can now be done through a Telehealth visit with your healthcare provider. If your provider feels you need to be seen, you will be given further instructions on the next step. This is our way of keeping you safe at home! If you would like a Telehealth visit, call Boone County Family Medicine in Boone or Ogden, or the Madrid Family Practice Clinic in Madrid.
