Boone County Hospital remains committed to our obstetrical (OB) service (pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period). We are very fortunate to have three excellent family medicine providers that are experienced in OB.

Women who have delivered at the Family Birth Center at BCH already know about the exceptional, personalized care they offer. Our staff have long been recognized for the quality of care they provide, and they continue to grow with the addition of new services such as VBACs (vaginal birth after c-section) and nitrous oxide (50-percent nitrous gas and 50-percent oxygen). Together with Drs. Hay, Linkenmeyer and Sivesind, they look forward to continuing this tradition.
