Community Health Needs Assessment

The 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment identifies local health and medical needs and provides a plan of how BCH will respond to such needs. This document suggests areas where other local organizations and agencies might work with us to achieve desired improvements and illustrates one way we, BCH, are meeting our obligations to efficiently deliver medical services.
