Pack your bags and join the Boone County Hospital Foundation for Harvest Festival 2026: Around the World on Friday, November 13, at 1868 Farmhouse in Boone.
This year’s Harvest Festival will take guests on a destination-inspired journey through country-inspired stations celebrating countries like Italy, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and Norway. Instead of a traditional sit-down dinner or buffet, guests will travel from station to station, enjoying international flavors, drinks, interactive activities, prizes, and meaningful opportunities to support local healthcare along the way — from the Italy Wine Pull and Japan Power-Up Play to Baggage Claim mystery prizes, Project Be the Light, and more.
As you make your way Around the World, you’ll enjoy an evening of food, fellowship, and philanthropy while supporting the Boone County Hospital Foundation’s mission to provide resources for equipment, programs, and services that otherwise would not be available at Boone County Hospital.
Harvest Festival is the Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser, bringing together community members, hospital staff, providers, local businesses, and friends of Boone County Hospital for a night that is fun, relaxed, and full of purpose.

Ticket Options
Standard Boarding Pass — $50
Includes:
• Admission to Harvest Festival
• Country-inspired food stations
• Event program
• Optional fundraising activities and games available for purchase throughout the evening
First Class Boarding Pass — $80
Includes everything in the Standard Boarding Pass, plus:
• One Italy Wine Pull ticket
• One Japan Power-Up Play ticket
• First Class check-in
• Priority access for featured activities
Reserved Lounge — $200
Reserves seating for up to 8 guests. Tickets sold separately.
Standard Boarding Pass prices increase to $75 on November 1.
First Class Boarding Pass is available through October 31 only.
