Business Office

The Business Office provides billing information for Boone County Hospital, all Boone County Family Medicine Clinics in Boone and Ogden, Boone County Comprehensive Specialty Clinic, and the Madrid Family Practice Clinic.  They are located at Boone County Family Medicine South, 1115 South Marshall, in Boone.  If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of the billing staff or you have questions, please call (515) 433-8142.

Boone County Hospital’s (BCH) On-line Bill Pay allows you to make your payment for hospital and/or clinic charges.  Payments are processed through Med-Plan Services and will take you off the Boone County Hospital site.  Use our "quick pay" method for fast service!
