File a Grievance

Boone County Hospital encourages patients and families to speak up if they have concerns, questions, or complaints. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly, fairly, and respectfully.


When to Request Help or File a Grievance

You may request help or file a grievance if you have concerns about:

  • Quality of care or patient safety

  • Communication or understanding of care

  • Access to services or accommodations

  • Discrimination or civil rights concerns

  • Privacy or confidentiality

  • Billing or financial concerns

  • Any other concern related to your hospital experience

You may raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

You may file a grievance at any time in one of the following ways:

What Happens After You File a Grievance

Boone County Hospital will:
