Clinical Ladder

Boone County Hospital's Nursing Clinical Ladder Program offers an excellent opportunity for non-exempt full-time and part-time registered nurses who have worked for BCH for one full year to be recognized and rewarded by earning monetary bonuses for completing a professional portfolio documenting excellence in care delivery, professional growth, leadership and collaboration.  The registered nurse has the option of choosing which level of the clinical ladder he/she wants to participate in.  There are gold, silver and bronze levels, each with a required point system.
