Boone HyVee has a limited supply of COVID vaccine and has asked us to share this information.

The Boone Hy-Vee Pharmacy location has received a very limited allocation of the COVID-19 vaccine. These vaccines are available to individuals ages 65 and older. Visit http://ms.spr.ly/6180p2rGG to fill out the digital vaccine consent form and select a vaccine appointment time and location. Please be patient and do not call your Hy-Vee Pharmacy. They do not have access to schedule appointments that are not available online.
