IHA Leadership Group from BCH Recognized

Congratulations to the five Boone County Hospital employees that went through the 2017 Iowa Hospital Association (IHA) Health Care Leadership Series. They were recognized at the IHA Annual Meeting in October. During the past year, they learned about leadership, accountability, management, communication and conflict management, finance, and competency and commitment.

The leadership series is in its 16th year and has been designed to help individuals get started or restarted if they have been managing and leading for some time by providing the skills and knowledge that lead to success.
