Leadership Recognition
Congratulations to Sara Moreno (below right), BCH Controller, and Steph Bower (right), BCH Human Resources Director, pictured with Brian Dieter, IHA Board of Officers and Trustees Chair, and CEO of Mary Greeley Medical Center, for being recognized at the Annual IHA Conference in October. They were recognized for both completing the IHA Leadership Program, a six month program.
First developed more than 20 years ago, the IHA Leadership Development Program has more than 1,000 graduates. Participants learn from highly regarded local and national speakers during six full-day learning sessions and two online courses. The Program exists to develop critical leadership skills and competencies with the overarching objective of increasing retention of committed, quality staff in Iowa hospitals.
