Pulmonary Rehabilitation (Pulmonary Rehab) is a comprehensive program designed to help people with chronic lung conditions breathe easier, increase strength, and feel more confident in daily life.
Who Is the Program For?

What You’ll Do in the Program
Your individualized plan may include:

Supervised exercise (treadmill, bike, strength training) with monitoring to help you safely build endurance

Breathing techniques such as pursed-lip and diaphragmatic breathing
-
Education on inhaler use, preventing flare-ups, oxygen safety, and staying active
-
Support for stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being related to chronic lung disease
-
Personalized goals to improve function, confidence, and quality of life
All services are tailored to your needs.
Program Length
Pulmonary Rehab typically lasts 8 to12 weeks, with two to three sessions each week.

Maintenance Program
After graduating from Pulmonary Rehab, you may continue your progress in our Maintenance Program, where you can keep exercising with staff support. This self‑pay program costs $7 per session.
