About:

I have lived in Boone my entire life, a part from my time at the University of Iowa for my education, and I feel blessed to be back in my hometown with my wife and son.  I enjoy lifting weights and playing pickleball, tennis, and basketball, as well as serving at our local church.  I believe people of all ages, backgrounds and physical abilities can take an active role in their health and experience meaningful improvements in their quality of life.
