Pain services are in partnership with your primary care provider.  Referrals are preferred, but not required.  The Pain Clinic is located on the 2nd floor of Boone County Hospital.  Take the Lobby elevator to the second floor and then follow the signs.  Call (515) 433-8760 for an appointment.
