About Our Services

Boone County Hospital Pharmacy services inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory clinics, emergency medical, and employee prescription services.  We strive to provide excellent pharmaceutical care to all of our patients.  We provide a broad range of services including comprehensive medication review; consultative services including antimicrobial stewardship, anticoagulation, renal dosing guidance, and fall risk assessment on high risk patients; as well as medication management classes for cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients.  In addition, we have a state-of-the-art sterile compounding suite to provide the highest quality medication services to all of our patients.
