About Our Services

Boone County Hospital Pharmacy is a closed door inpatient and hospital outpatient services Pharmacy as well as "own use" to employees.  We strive to provide excellent pharmaceutical care to all patients.  We provide a broad range of services including comprehensive medication review; consultative services including antimicrobial stewardship, anticoagulation, renal dosing guidance, and fall risk assessment on high-risk patients.  In addition, we have a state-of-the-art sterile compounding suite to provide the highest quality medication services to all patients.
