Measures how well a sunscreen protects your skin from UVB rays, which cause sunburn and skin cancer.
An SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB rays, which SPF 50 blocks 98%. Broad spectrum is always best!
Sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours, or right after swimming/sweating.

Exams should be happening regularly with a mirror using the ABCDE method. If you find spots that meet this criterion you should talk to your provider. (Guidance and guide provided by American Academy of Dermatologist)
A is for Asymmetry = The shape of one half does match the other half
B is for Border = The edges are ragged, blurred or irregular
C is for Color = Color is uneven and may include shade of black, brown, or tan
D is for Diameter = There is usually a change in size, usually an increase but could be a decrease
E is for Evolving = The mold has changed over the past few weeks or months
